We were awake at 4am as our body clocks are still a bit skew-whiff so decided to stretch our legs.

We were out on the Sussex Border path at 8am and took turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwiches for breakfast. Beautiful crisp morning with a glorious sunrise but it was a bit brass monkeys.

Looked really inviting out in the sunshine so we thought we might go for a pre dinner walk. Stepped outside to get something from the car and the windchill cut like a knife.
Staying inside
